The whole time I’ve been taking this course, I’ve been thinking about what I’ll create.

I also want to make sure that I’m always working on something so that I’m keeping my coding skills fresh.

When I finished html, CSS and started the Javascript course I knew I had gotten to the exciting part. “Yes, now I’ll finally be able to create real things that do things.”

One day during class we had to create a fortune telling app that would spit out random fortunes.

As soon as that activity was over, I wanted to practice that skill.

I’m not really into fortune telling, but I wanted to create something similar.

The first idea that came to my head was a “Jamaican Insult Generator.”

This seemed like an easy app to create because

• I’m Jamaican,
• I know a lot of Jamaican insults,
• and some of them are really creative.
