Javascript- I understand this so far
As I have previously mentioned (I think). I’ve known html for years.
I’ve known a tiny little bit of css that I learned in one of those crash course didn’t know how to do anything when the course ended bootcamps on udemy.
But the thing that I have always been worried about was javascript.
I am now 4 days into the javascript course and I am happy to report.
I understand what I’ve learned so far!
That is a relief.
Every time they introduce a new topic and I understand it, I feel grateful.
Imagine if you were teriified of something for most of your life and then you started studying it and are shocked to find out that it’s going OK.
That’s how I feel right now.
Now, about posting my work.
The thing about javascript is you can’t just upload a file called whatever.js to the internet. No one will see it.
So I haven’t been posting my code like before. Someone would have to take it then go put it in their own javascript compiler like javascript playground . They wouldn’t just be able to see it.
There is another reason I haven’t been posting my code.
I haven’t been so good with the saving the assignments.
The first assignment I accidentally copied over it with my second assignment.
So I just have two copies of my second assignment.
The fourth assignment which I just did a few minutes ago, I thought I had saved the assignment but when I went back to look, the file was empty.
I will try to do better, but it is possible that for javascript I won’t be posting much if this keeps up.
In other news. I want to make sure that I really know my stuff so last night I looked into some more reinforcement tools.
More on that in the next entry. On second thought, I’ll wait until I’ve actually used them first.
